That's right folks! Your favourite band Prairie Dust have just announced that they are working on a new album. Band members Rusty Summers (Guitar), Shotgun Lang (Keys), Paddywack Thief (Drums) are in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan right now getting back to their prairie roots to begin recording. To my absolute delight they called me up and flew me out from Toronto to shoot their latest look. For all you up and comers I heard a rumour that they are looking for a new lead vocalist, they will be holding auditions in Saskatoon soon, details to come. On top of all this awesomeness a big reason for the band being in Saskatoon is for the Wings for Life World Run. A not for profit charity event raising money for spinal cord research, it's pretty incredible and you can read up about it here. This huge world wide event is being held on May 4th (aka in 5 hours at the time of publication). So if you didn't love Prairie Dust already you are probably right now googling who the hell they are and are about to fall in love. In any case, check the shots from their latest shoot, they are badass:
Flying in from Toronto. You can really see why they wanted to come back here to get in the zone.

Back to their roots! (That might just be the name of their new album)
